Shipping policy

Shipped items will be sent the fastest and most cost effective method.  Once items are received by shipping agency, Willow and Ash is not responsible for shipping times or delays.  We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  Priority shipping will cover $100 in insurance.  If your purchase is over that amount, buyer must pay for additional insurance.
